At The Fame Tales, we're looking for a Talent Manager who understands the creator world, enjoys talking to people, and knows how to build relationships that go beyond just a single collaboration.

What will you be doing

• Discover exciting content creators across Instagram and YouTube.
• Connect with creators, get to know their content, and bring the right talent on board.
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with creators and become their go-to person for brand opportunities.
• Find brands that align with your creators and help make meaningful collaborations happen.
• Discuss commercials, negotiate deals, and coordinate with creators to close collaborations.
• Stay updated with social media trends, emerging talent, and what's happening in the creator economy.
• Keep our creator network organised and up to date.
• Work closely with the team to turn ideas and conversations into successful partnerships.

Who are we looking for

• Someone who enjoys talking to people and building lasting connections.
• Someone who understands Instagram, YouTube, influencers, and the creator space.
• A good communicator who isn't afraid to reach out, follow up, or negotiate.
• Someone who takes initiative, thinks creatively, and gets things moving.
• Someone who enjoys finding the right opportunities for the right people.

Prior experience in talent management or influencer marketing is a plus, but the right attitude, people skills, and willingness to learn matter just as much.
