*About the Role*
Bubble Me is looking for a proactive and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in influencer collaborations, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of social media trends and creator marketing.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators aligned with Bubble Me's brand.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies.
3. Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from outreach to completion.
4. Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms with influencers.
5. Coordinate with influencers for content briefs, approvals, posting schedules, and deliverables.
6. Track campaign performance, reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
7. Maintain and regularly update the influencer database.
8. Monitor social media trends and identify new creators and collaboration opportunities.
9. Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure brand-aligned content.
10. Prepare campaign reports and provide insights for improving future campaigns.
What We're Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or social media marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other creator platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Good understanding of influencer metrics such as reach, engagement, views, CTR, and conversions.
•Ability to multitask and manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
