Industry Relations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

- Partnership Building: Build and maintain relationships with recruitment teams of partner organizations to understand their hiring needs.

- Job Analysis: Analyze Job Descriptions to inform the program team about eligibility and skill requirements.

- Process Understanding: Gain deep knowledge of hiring processes to help design interventions that get FGLI students selected.

- Candidate Portfolios: Develop and maintain a placement portfolio of suitable candidates to share with recruiters.

- Recruitment Coordination: Work with the team to ensure smooth shortlisting and recruitment processes.

- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain tracking mechanisms for shortlisted, selected, and placed candidates, and provide updates to partners.

- Outreach: Evangelize the mission to new organizations to open up more opportunities.

What You'll Actually Do:

- Travel to partner offices to meet leaders and recruitment teams.

- Prepare skill charters from Job Descriptions.

- Align with Avanti team members on skill requirements and selection processes.

- Prepare placement profile documents for recruiters.

- Create and update dashboards and trackers.

- Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.
