About this role
HIRING: Indirect Tax (GST) Compliance Executive | Dadar, Mumbai
Firm profile: A full-service tax, transaction & regulatory advisory firm with 75+ professionals across Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad & GIFT City.
Location : Dadar, Mumbai
Experience : Minimum 2 years of hands-on GST experience
Department : Indirect Tax
CTC : 5–6 LPA
Working Days : Monday–Friday
Timings : 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Reporting to : Senior Associate / Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, review & file GST returns – GSTR-1, 3B, 6, 9/9C
* GSTR-2B vs Purchase Register reconciliations & ITC reviews
* ISD, RCM, blocked credits, reversals & re-availment
* Support GST audits, assessments & departmental notices
* GST refunds, LUT & export-related compliances
* GST registrations, amendments & cancellations
* Prepare SOPs, MIS, dashboards & compliance trackers
* Coordinate with clients for data, clarifications & timely closure
Ideal Candidate
Strong practical knowledge of current GST provisions
Hands-on GST compliance & reconciliation experience
Strong Excel skills – Pivot Tables, Lookups, reconciliations & data validation
Familiarity with GST portal processes
Exposure to GSTR-9/9C, notices, audits or refunds
Experience handling multiple clients in a consulting environment
Strong ownership, accuracy & attention to detail
