Job Description In-Process Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Location: Electronic City, Bengaluru

Employment Type: Contractual (Third-Party Payroll)

Qualification: Diploma in Electronics Engineering

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Number of Positions: 2

Job Responsibilities

- Inspect electronic module assemblies and cable assemblies at shop floors and supplier locations.

- Perform quality inspections of sub-systems and complete systems.

- Read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents.

- Inspect cable harness manufacturing and electronic module assembly processes.

- Prepare inspection reports and update quality documents using SAP/ERP.

- Support product validation, ESS and QT testing.

- Apply quality tools such as 7QC, 8D, RCCA, ESD and 5S.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of electrical and electronic components.

- Experience in cable harness manufacturing and electronic assembly inspection.

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

- Understanding of IPC quality standards.

- Knowledge of SAP/ERP or PLM tools is an added advantage.
