In-House PR & Content Executive/Manager

WE'RE HIRING | IN-HOUSE PR & CONTENT

Studio Olives is looking for an In-House PR & Content Executive / Manager to lead day-to-day PR while also being hands-on with content creation across our studio, projects, events and site visits.

Experience: 2–4 years in PR, communications, content, social media or a related field

Preferred: Architecture, interiors, luxury, lifestyle or fashion

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle day-to-day PR and media outreach for Studio Olives
• Build and maintain relationships with architecture, interiors, lifestyle and luxury media
• Identify relevant editorial features, interviews, awards, collaborations and speaking opportunities
• Draft PR pitches, press releases, founder profiles and other communication material
• Travel to project sites, events and meetings across India as required
• Independently shoot videos on phone during site visits, events, meetings and studio activities
• Capture behind-the-scenes content, project details, founder-led videos, walkthroughs and Reels
• Have a strong eye for framing, composition, lighting and visual storytelling
• Coordinate with the creative/social media team to ensure regular and relevant content is captured
• Maintain a database of media contacts and track PR coverage and opportunities
• Stay updated with relevant architecture, interiors, luxury and lifestyle trends, publications and industry opportunities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is strong in PR and communication but equally comfortable with content creation.

Someone who is proactive, confident approaching media, strong at writing and pitching, and comfortable independently capturing quality content on-site.

A good understanding of architecture, interiors, design and luxury will be an added advantage.

The ideal person should be able to manage both sides of the role building Studio Olives visibility through PR and capturing the stories, people and spaces that happen along the way.

Important: The role involves regular travel to project sites and locations across India, so willingness and ability to travel is a must.
