Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Export Coordinator based in Noida. The coordinator will manage import and export processes by preparing and verifying necessary documentation. Responsibilities include overseeing shipment logistics, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, ensuring timely and accurate customs clearance, and collaborating with customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Exceptional organizational and communication skills will be essential for effective coordination across various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Export Documentation, Import Export processes, and compliance with relevant regulations
• Practical experience in Import and Export operations, including handling shipments and related processes
• Strong Customer Service skills to address inquiries, manage interactions, and maintain effective communication with clients and suppliers
• Ability to multitask and work in time-sensitive environments with a keen attention to detail
• Familiarity with international trade policies and logistics processes is a plus
• Proficiency in office and management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems is an added advantage
• Relevant educational background and certifications related to logistics, supply chain, or trade management
