Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Implementation Consultant to join our growing team. In this client-facing role, you will guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration of LiveRamp solutions and the successful achievement of their business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys building relationships and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation projects for new and existing clients, ensuring a smooth transition to LiveRamp's platform and services
• Gather and analyze client requirements, develop tailored implementation plans, and establish clear project milestones
• Configure, test, and validate integrations to meet client needs and address technical challenges
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, providing timely updates and expert guidance
• Collaborate with internal teams—including Product, Engineering, and Client Success—to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience
• Deliver training, documentation, and best practices to enable clients to maximize the value of LiveRamp solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and contribute to the creation of scalable frameworks
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in client implementation, onboarding, technical consulting, or a similar customer-focused role (SaaS or technology industry experience preferred)
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Proficiency with APIs, data integration, and troubleshooting technical environments preferred
