About this role
- Handle incoming leads through calls, enquiries, walk-ins and digital platforms.
- Understand the client's profile, requirements and immigration goals.
- Counsel clients on suitable PR, visa and immigration options.
- Explain eligibility, process, timelines, fees and next steps clearly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert prospects into registrations.
- Handle client objections related to eligibility, pricing and timelines.
- Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Process Team after client registration.
- Follow GTI's pricing, discount and client-handling guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Candidates with experience in immigration, visa consultancy, education or sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication, counselling, negotiation, follow-up and closing skills are required.
- Must be comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
