Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned IGCSE History lessons to secondary-level students using student-centered, inquiry-based methodologies.
- Design and implement lesson plans, assessments, and enrichment activities that nurture historical analysis, evidence evaluation, and critical reasoning.
- Use formative and summative assessments to track student progress and adapt teaching strategies for differentiated learning.
- Collaborate with department heads and cross-curricular teams to integrate historical contexts into broader educational themes.
- Maintain accurate student records, provide timely feedback, and participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events.
- Continuously refine teaching practice through professional development, curriculum alignment reviews, and peer observation cycles.
