Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned IGCSE Chemistry lessons using hands-on experiments, real-world examples, and digital tools.
- Design and grade assessments that align with Cambridge IGCSE standards and track student progress using data-driven insights.
- Mentor students through practical lab work, safety protocols, and scientific inquiry methods.
- Collaborate with department heads and science faculty to align teaching practices with school goals and student outcomes.
- Integrate cross-curricular STEM connections and differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
- Participate in parental engagement, co-curricular activities, and school events as required.
