Job Summary

We are looking for a technical resource with hands-on experience in IFS ERP, particularly in application development, report creation, installation, migration, and L2/L3 support. The candidate should have an understanding of Supply Chain and Finance business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain applications within the IFS ERP environment.
• Create, modify, and maintain reports based on business requirements.
• Support IFS Cloud installation, configuration, deployment, migration, and upgrades.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and troubleshoot application issues.
• Identify root causes and implement technical fixes and enhancements.
• Support ERP processes related to Supply Chain and Finance.
• Coordinate with functional and business teams to resolve technical issues.

Required Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience in IFS ERP / IFS Cloud technical development and support.
• Experience with IFS Developer Studio or relevant IFS Cloud development tools.
• Knowledge of IFS reporting tools for report creation and customization.
• Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL for database queries and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of IFS Cloud APIs and integrations is an advantage.
• Experience in installation, deployment, migration, upgrades, and L2/L3 support.
• Understanding of Supply Chain and Finance business processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of relevant IFS ERP technical experience.
• Practical experience in application development, reporting, and technical troubleshooting.
• Exposure to IFS Cloud implementation or upgrade projects will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with functional teams.
