Role & Responsibilities
A dynamic education staffing and school placement partner, we connect passionate educators with progressive, non-residential international schools across India. We specialize in placing IB PYP-certified coordinators in high-impact roles where curriculum innovation, teacher leadership, and student-centered pedagogy drive school success.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) curriculum across grade levels, ensuring alignment with IB philosophy and standards.
- Coach and mentor homeroom and specialist teachers on transdisciplinary learning, assessment strategies, and inquiry-based pedagogy.
- Facilitate collaborative planning sessions, moderation of assessments, and reflective practice among teaching teams.
- Coordinate PYP exhibitions, student-led conferences, and parent engagement initiatives to showcase learner agency and growth.
- Support school accreditation and authorization processes by maintaining documentation, leading internal reviews, and managing IB submissions.
- Partner with the Head of School and leadership team to drive continuous curriculum improvement and school-wide professional development.
- Must-Have
- IB PYP Coordinator Certification
- Experience teaching or coordinating within IB PYP framework
- Curriculum mapping & unit planning
- Teacher mentoring & professional development facilitation
- IB programme evaluation & self-study tools
- Assessment for learning & rubric design
- Collaborative planning & team coaching
- IB Atlas or ManageBac platform
- Preferred
- Experience in non-residential school settings
- Familiarity with Indian national curriculum frameworks
- Workshop leader certification with IB
- Strategic placement in vibrant, IB-authorized schools in Chennai or Jaipur
