HVAC Design and Execution Manager

Roles & Responsibilites:

Looking for an experienced HVAC professional to lead end-to-end HVAC design, execution, commissioning and handover across our projects. Should have strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, chilled water plants, CPM/BMS integration and sustainable building practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HVAC design, heat load calculations, equipment selection, drafting, estimation and BOQ preparation.
• Oversee HVAC execution, contractor coordination, quality control, cost optimization and project scheduling.
• Manage chilled water plants, chillers, AHUs, ventilation and specialized HVAC systems.
• Drive CPM/BMS integration, HVAC controls, plant optimization, testing and commissioning.
• Coordinate with consultants, OEMs, vendors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable HVAC codes, standards and statutory requirements.
• Support IGBC/LEED green building compliance, sustainability documentation and energy-efficiency initiatives.
• Lead project handover, documentation, team development and performance validation.

What Were Looking For:

• 10-15 Years of Hands-on experience in HVAC design and execution across commercial, residential or public infrastructure projects.
• M.Tech. in Thermal Engineering/HVAC will be an added advantage.
• Experience in large chilled water plants with CPM/plant optimization systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP and HVAC calculation tools.
• Strong knowledge of BMS/CPM architecture, HVAC controls and commissioning.
• Working knowledge of IGBC/LEED requirements and applicable HVAC standards.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving and vendor management skills.
