Job Description

Le Château is looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong experience in the Facility Management industry to lead HR operations, manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for facility management employees.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and staff replacement.
• Manage large-scale manpower and employee records.
• Coordinate with Operations Managers and site teams.
• Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee grievances.
• Ensure timely manpower deployment across client locations.
• Monitor employee performance, discipline, and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
• Prepare HR reports and manpower-related MIS.
• Ensure smooth coordination between employees, management, and clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in Facility Management.
• Facility Management industry experience is mandatory.
• Experience managing 1000+ employees/manpower will be highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple sites and large-scale workforce operations.
