Human Resources Specialist

Role Summary

Are you passionate about HR compliance and labour law regulations Join RAC IT Solutions and play a key role in ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining labour law records, and supporting HR operations across our PAN India locations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process monthly PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF workings, challans, and statutory returns.

Handle ESIC IP card generation, PF/ESIC seeding, PF status verification, and resolve employee statutory queries.

Manage Shop & Establishment registrations, renewals, amendments, Trade Licenses, and statutory notice closures.

Coordinate Gratuity claim processing with LIC and ensure timely statutory submissions.

Maintain statutory registers, labour law notices, and compliance documentation.

Liaise with branch HR/Admin teams, consultants, and government authorities to ensure timely statutory compliance across all locations.

Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure 100% compliance with applicable labour laws.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Shop & Establishment Act, Gratuity, Bonus, and Labour Laws

* Good documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills

* Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS

* High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance orientation

Qualification & Experience

Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)

2–4 years of experience in HR Statutory Compliance and Employee Lifecycle Management
