Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations and supporting a growing project-driven organization. Daily responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining HR policies, handling employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor and statutory regulations. The role involves implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will also manage payroll inputs, leaves, attendance, and benefits administration in coordination with finance and leadership teams. This position collaborates closely with project managers and department heads to align staffing, workforce planning, and HR support with business needs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning for technical and project-based roles.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR operations, including employee life cycle management, HR policy implementation, and HRIS or HR software usage.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and best practices in workplace safety and employee relations in India.
• Candidates should possess skills in performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Relevant experience in construction, interiors, engineering, or project-based industries is beneficial.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site, handle multiple priorities, and support large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
