About this role
Mediend is scaling fast! We are looking for an HR Recruiter & Operation who thrives in a high-pressure, high-volume hiring environment. Your primary goal is to fill multiple positions across Sales, Operations, Insurance, and Hospital Coordination teams in Noida.
Location: Noida
Experience: 3 - 5 Years (Bulk hiring/Startup experience is a huge plus!)
Working Days: 6 Days
What youll be doing:
Managing end-to-end recruitment (Sourcing to Onboarding).
Driving bulk hiring for Sales, Operations, Insurance, and Hospital Coordination.
Leveraging Naukri, LinkedIn, and headhunting to build a massive talent pipeline.
Coordinating with hiring managers for quick interview turnarounds and closures.
Maintaining accurate hiring trackers and ensuring a 100% joining conversion.
