Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Source potential candidates through suitable platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and recruitment updates.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day activities.
• Learn professional communication and basic HR operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students and freshers interested in Human Resources can apply.
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes and HR operations.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel is an advantage.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• No prior professional HR experience is required.
