Navrang Realty is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Gurugram. The successful candidate will support recruitment, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations while contributing to an efficient and professional workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Support daily HR operations and implementation of company policies.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and address employee queries.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
