• Manage end-to-end technical and non-technical recruitme

nt• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidat

es• Recruit developers, designers, sales, marketing, and operational professiona

ls• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR recor

ds• Monitor remote employee attendance, punctuality, and productivi

ty• Maintain workplace discipline and ensure company policy complian

ce• Coordinate employee performance reviews and follow-u

ps• Handle day-to-day HR operations independent

ly• Maintain recruitment trackers, employee databases, and HR repor

ts• Communicate regularly with management and remote tea

MINIMUM REQUIREMEN

Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experien

ce Hands-on technical/IT recruitment experience is mandato

ry Experience managing remote employees preferr

ed Strong English communication skil

ls Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment too

ls Strong organizational and problem-solving skil

ls Ability to manage attendance, performance, and employee discipli

ne Comfortable working a full-time night shi

ft Personal laptop/computer and reliable internet connecti
