About the Role

Gauri Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Executive – Construction Recruitment & Operations to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR operations for our construction projects.

The candidate should have experience hiring civil/construction manpower, particularly Site Engineers, Site Supervisors, Foremen and other site staff. The role will also be responsible for employee attendance and salary calculations using PagarBook.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Recruit Site Engineers, Site Supervisors, Foremen and other construction/site staff.
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on experience, skills, salary and project requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with management.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain employee and recruitment records.
• Manage employee attendance, leaves, punch records and related data through PagarBook.
• Verify monthly attendance and assist with salary/payroll calculations.
• Coordinate with site teams regarding attendance and manpower requirements.
• Handle basic employee onboarding and HR documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Recruitment.
• Experience in construction/civil industry recruitment is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of construction roles such as Site Engineer, Site Supervisor and Foreman.
• Experience with PagarBook or similar attendance/payroll software is preferred.
• Good communication and candidate-screening skills.
• Comfortable working from the Gurugram office full-time.
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

Preferred Candidate

Someone with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for construction companies who can independently source, screen, call and shortlist candidates while also managing attendance and payroll-related HR operations.
