Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities for teams based at City Centre, TAB. This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting hiring managers in selection decisions. The role also includes maintaining employee records, administering HR policies, supporting payroll inputs, and assisting with performance management and appraisal processes. The Human Resources Executive will help drive employee engagement initiatives, manage grievance handling in alignment with company policies, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational standards. This position works closely with business leaders and HR leadership to support a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy administration.
• Skills in HR documentation and data management, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and supporting payroll and attendance tracking.
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication, with the ability to collaborate with hiring managers, employees, and leadership across functions.
• Familiarity with labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in workplace ethics, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Proficiency with HR software or HRIS tools, MS Office (especially Excel and Word), and basic data analysis for HR metrics.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in an HR executive or HR generalist role, preferably in financial services or technology-driven organizations.
