Human Resources Executive- manufacturing

Position: HR Executive

Location: Pirana, Ahmedabad after 6 months Kheda

Industry: Manufacturing of Water Pumps & fabrication

Experience: 3–6 Years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent/ Graduate

Joining: Immediate

Background: Manufacutring

Salary: 35 K p.m. CTC

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor, technical, and corporate positions.
• Handle joining, onboarding, employee documentation, and induction.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR-related documentation.
• Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
• Manage payroll inputs, attendance, overtime, and salary-related coordination.
• Handle employee grievances, discipline, and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESIC, and other HR compliances.
• Coordinate with consultants and recruitment agencies for manpower requirements.
• Support performance appraisal, training, and employee development activities.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain HR databases.
• Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of manufacturing HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
• Good command of MS Excel and HRMS/HR software.
• Ability to handle shop-floor employees and blue-collar workforce.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
