Teleperformance is Hiring || Sr. Executive-HR Business Partner (HRBP)

• Location: Sitapura, Jaipur
• Shifts: Rotational (Including Night as well)
• Working Days: 5.5 Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve employee grievances effectively and within defined timelines.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and business stakeholders.
• Support employee relations and ensure effective communication between employees and management.
• Partner with operations and business teams to address people-related concerns.
• Support various HR processes including employee lifecycle management, retention, engagement, and performance management.
• Identify employee concerns and provide appropriate HR interventions.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and organizational standards.
• Analyze employee trends and provide insights to improve employee satisfaction and business outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in HR Business Partnering / Employee Relations / HR Generalist roles.
• Strong experience in grievance handling and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• BPO/ITES industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Candidates who can effectively partner with business/operations teams will be preferred.
