Roles & Responsibilities

• Supports the SHRBP in the implementation of the global HR strategy and of change management projects
• Supporting the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience in line with the functional needs
• Acts as first point of contact providing high-quality functional support to management and participates in regular meetings with respective business units
• Works closely with HR Managers to ensure that the function are receiving HR guidance when appropriate. Also, to provide feedback on a regular basis of all employee relations, employment law and trade union relations and complex change projects to HRBP
• Provides data and reports for the business units assigned and other HR functions
• Collects training needs for business units and individual coaching needs, working closely with the centres of excellence
• Review and provide data from our employee engagement survey and support with the implementation of initiatives to drive engagement
• Administrative tasks for the function including but not limited to recruitment support, success factors processing etc
• Responsible for ensuring data integrity in the systems and supporting HR processes
• Any and all other duties, as assigned
  
  

Skills / Knowledge & Experience

• Successful experience in a similar role
• Solid problem-solving abilities and can-do attitude
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and act with discretion
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite of applications. Strength in Excel, Word, and experience working with SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus
• Ability to quickly connect with people across different countries and culture
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handling multiple activities at the same time
• A positive can-do attitude, driven by continuous improvement and a desire to generate creative ideas and follow them through
• Ability to collate, analyze and interpret people data
