Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to on boarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate and conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
• Job Posting and Advertising: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring they are accurate and appealing to potential candidates.
• Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the on boarding process for new hires.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications: • Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, with a proven track- record of successful placements.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Skills:
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
