Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter with experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals. The candidate should be familiar with recruitment portals, Boolean searches, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Perform Boolean searches to identify suitable IT candidates.
Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, CTC, and notice period.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Coordinate technical interviews with candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary and coordinate offer releases.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

Experience in IT recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Knowledge of Naukri Resdex and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, and SAP.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical job descriptions.
Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
Good coordination and time-management skills.

Qualifications

Any graduate degree.
Previous experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
