About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment across IT, Non-IT, Domestic & International Recruitment, and Oil & Gas sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure successful joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Requirements
6 months to 3 years of recruitment experience.
Good knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
Experience in blue-collar and white-collar hiring.
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
