Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

AKAS Medical Equipment is looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter Non-IT to manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments, with a focus on manufacturing, engineering, and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across Production, Quality, R&D, Purchase, Stores, Sales, Service, and Administration.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, experience, salary expectations, and notice periods.
• Coordinate technical interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, feedback collection, and selection coordination.
• Handle salary negotiations, offer release coordination, and pre-joining follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly recruitment MIS reports.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies within the defined recruitment turnaround time.
• Build a talent pipeline for current and upcoming manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industries.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and other recruitment portals.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
