Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal

candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening,

interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment pipelines.

The candidate should be comfortable working on multiple positions simultaneously and have

strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across departments.
• Understand job requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles accordingly.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidates' experience, skills, availability,

salary expectations, and suitability for the role.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a smooth

candidate experience.

• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Post job openings on Naukri, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other relevant job

portals.

• Search and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and

other sourcing channels.

• Assist in preparing and updating Job Descriptions as per hiring requirements.
• Schedule interviews and maintain accurate interview records.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation, offer acceptance, and

joining.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates during the notice period to ensure

smooth onboarding.

• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to the management.

• Support other HR activities and recruitment-related tasks as required.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment/HR hiring.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach towards recruitment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
