Job Purpose
To lead, manage, and enhance the company's people and culture strategy by fostering a high- performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. The role focuses on talent development, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management,
and alignment of HR practices with business goals. Drive employee experience initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and data-driven people practices supporting sustainable business growth and workforce capability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Culture & Engagement
Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, and employer branding.
2.Champion company values and ensure they are reflected in all people practices.
3. Plan and execute employee satisfaction surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action planning.
4. Design and continuously improve the end-to-end employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
5.Talent Management & Development
6. Implement onboarding and induction programs that enhance new employee experience.
7. Design and deliver leadership and career development programs.
Develop succession planning frameworks and talent review processes to build leadership pipeline and organizational capability.
Performance & Capability Building.

9. Payroll Management.
Oversee implementation of performance management systems including goal setting, mid-year and annual appraisals, and development plans.
Promote and implement DI practices to create an inclusive work environment.
Monitor DI metrics and recommend improvements.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Manage employee relations issues with a fair and consistent approach.
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.

HR Operations & Analytics

Oversee HR systems, data accuracy, and reporting (HRIS, dashboards, attrition analysis, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience

Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration.
8-12 years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate and Plant.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and change management.
