Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will primarily support the Talent Acquisition function and gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate coordination and other HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and identifying suitable candidates through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, communication skills and interest.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and regularly update recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in preparing and sharing job descriptions across relevant platforms.
• Support the HR team with employee engagement initiatives and other HR activities as required.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Who Can Apply?

• Students pursuing or graduates of HR, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
• Freshers interested in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
• Candidates with prior internship experience in recruitment or HR will have an added advantage.

Skills Required

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and people-management skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Comfortable speaking to candidates over phone calls.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn and Internshala is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
