Role & responsibilities

Recruitment

• Screen CVs against job requirements and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Call candidates for telephonic screening and assess their fit, availability, expectations and notice

period.

• Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Maintain the candidate database and tracker.

Interview Coordination

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with panel members.
• Send calendar invites to panels, and confirmation emails or messages to candidates.
• Make follow-up calls to confirm candidate attendance before interviews.
• Collect interview feedback from panels and update the tracker.

Onboarding

• Prepare the induction sheet and induction schedule.
• Call selected candidates before joining to keep them engaged and confirm their joining date.
• Add new joiners to the relevant WhatsApp groups.
• Collect and verify joining documents and prepare employee files.
• Complete biometric registration.
• Prepare and distribute ID cards and welcome kits.
• Coordinate with IT, Admin and Accounts for laptops, email IDs, seating and system access.
• Follow up with new joiners during their first few days.

General HR Support

• Update employee data in HR records and the HRMS.
• Help with attendance and leave data, where required.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Handle general HR queries and prepare simple reports and trackers, such as an MIS of CVs

screened, interviews held and joinings.

Preferred candidate profile

Pursuing or recently completed a graduation or MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email and Google Workspace.
• Well organised, with attention to detail and a sense of confidentiality.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
• Able to commit to the full 6 months.
