Human Resource Intern- TA & HRBP

Role Summary:

1. Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement.

2. Build and maintain candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels.

3. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open positions.

4. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring dashboards.

5. Assist with onboarding and new joiner experience initiatives.

6. Support employee engagement, communication, and HR-related programs.

7. Create HR communication materials, posters, and engagement creatives as required.

8. Provide administrative and coordination support for ongoing HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications & Competencies:

1. Graduate from any stream.

2. Prior internship or work experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, HR Operations, or HR Business Partnering will be an advantage.

3. Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources, particularly Talent Acquisition.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
