Human Resource Generalist

Role & responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Streamlining the recruitment process to attract and secure top talent.
• HR Administration: Manage employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes & all documentation.
• Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing, verifying timesheets, and addressing payroll inquiries.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory compliances, and company policies, maintaining necessary documentation and records for audits.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Support conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
• Performance Management: Assist in the performance review process, providing support and training to managers and employees.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and contribute to the development of streamlined workflows.
• Training & Development: Assist in the coordination of training programs and workshops for employee development.
• Employee Engagement: Employee Engagement: Organize engagement activities and events.
• Social Media Handling -Reach out to potential candidates, promote open positions, and improve employer (IDSPL) branding.
