Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage and support end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Manage employee documentation and maintain HR records accurately.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee database.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and support payroll processing activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Support employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
• Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics.
• Manage induction and orientation programs for new employees.
• Assist in policy implementation and HR process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Good knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
