Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including understanding job requirements, sourcing, screening, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Hiring Coordination: Work closely with HR Manager to understand manpower requirements, maintain recruitment trackers, provide hiring updates, and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Employee On boarding: Coordinate Pre-joining formalities, documentation, background verification, joining processes, and employee record management to ensure a smooth on boarding experience.
• Client Recruitment & Incubation: Support recruitment assignments for external organisations and assist with the on boarding and initial setup of new client engagements, ensuring recruitment and HR requirements are coordinated effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Upto 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition.
• Practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding.
• Good communication, coordination, and recruitment skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple positions and meet timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with recruitment portals or HRMS platforms.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on execution and employee experience.
