Human Resource Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced HRBP Lead to partner with business leaders and drive people strategies aligned with organizational objectives. The role will be responsible for end-to-end HR business partnering, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to drive HR and people strategies.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee retention initiatives.
• Drive performance management and employee development programs.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives.
• Support compensation reviews, promotions, and reward programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• Significant HRBP experience.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, talent management, performance management, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership in a dynamic business environment
