Position Overview

The role will support end-to-end HRMS/HRIS and ERP implementation, including business requirement gathering, functional configuration, process mapping, system integration, data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, user training, and post-go-live support. The position will work closely with HR, IT, business teams, ERP vendors, and implementation partners to deliver effective and scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end ERP/HRMS implementation from requirement gathering through go-live and stabilization.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions and configurations.
• Configure HRMS modules, workflows, approval processes, roles, permissions, and user access.
• Support HR processes including employee lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, performance, and employee self-service.
• Manage and validate data migration, data mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and system integrations.
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, UAT, defect tracking, validation, and deployment activities.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors, implementation partners, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Provide functional application support, troubleshoot system issues, and drive issues to closure.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, reports, SOPs, process documentation, and user guides.
• Conduct user training, system demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions to drive adoption.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, workflow optimization, system enhancements, and digital transformation.
• Support post-go-live stabilization, continuous improvement, and ERP/HRMS optimization.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or related field

* 4+ years of relevant experience in ERP/HRMS implementation, ERP support, or HRIS administration

* Hands-on experience in ERP implementation/configuration is required

* Experience with HRMS/HRIS and HR processes preferred

* Knowledge of data migration, integrations, UAT, testing, and reporting

* Experience working with ERP vendors or implementation partners is an advantage
