Summary
The HR Specialist is responsible for implementing surveys, conducting analysis, overseeing onboarding processes, and implementing new policies and programs. This role also involves implementing or changing HR systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Implement surveys and conduct thorough analysis to inform HR strategies and decisions.

• Strong analytical skills to conduct surveys and analyze data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for onboarding and policy implementation.
• Proficiency in HR systems and the ability to implement or modify them as required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Bachelor&rsquos degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on policy implementation and system management.
• HR certification is a plus.
