Job Responsibilities

Title - HR Specialist Location - Gurgaon ​  ​Execute routine HR transactions including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and benefits setup.  ​Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.  ​Respond to employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, pay, benefits, leaves, performance management, and company guidelines via Workday Help/ServiceNow; escalate when required: escalate complex issues appropriately.  ​Support internal audits and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.  ​Contribute to process documentation, SOP updates, and knowledge base documentation to drive efficiency in a tiered service delivery model  ​Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other HR functions to ensure seamless service delivery.  ​Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.  ​Participate in projects and provide input from an operational perspective.  ​Manage workload effectively, prioritizing based on business needs.  ​   ​QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS   ​   ​Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.   ​3 years of experience in HR operations strong HR operations/Shared Services experience, preferably in a multinational environment.  ​Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and HR ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Workday Help).    ​Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.   ​Excellent verbal and written communication skills.   ​Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).   ​Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.   ​Demonstrates ethical behaviour and commitment to compliance.  ​ ​
