Role Overview

Bandhan Life Insurance is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR professional for a Junior HR Retainer role in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have an interest in Talent Acquisition (TA) and Human Resources Business Partnering (HRBP), along with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to work.

Fresh MBA graduates with relevant internship experience, as well as candidates with prior experience in Talent Acquisition and HR activities, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.

• HR Business Partnering: Assist with employee engagement, HR operations, and other HRBP-related activities.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams to support recruitment and HR requirements.

• Employee Support: Assist in addressing employee queries and facilitating HR processes.

• HR Administration: Support documentation, maintain employee records, and assist with routine HR activities.

• Learning and Development: Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and adapt to evolving business requirements.

Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institute.

• Fresh MBA graduates with relevant HR internship experience are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with prior experience in Talent Acquisition and exposure to HRBP activities will be preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources.

• Good interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to work.

Compensation

₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month, depending on the candidate's profile and experience.
