HR Recruitment

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both Teaching and Non-Teaching staff across all our school branches, including the Head Office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience sourcing high-quality educators and administrative talent, a strong understanding of school structural needs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selecting, and onboarding talent for all school branches and the Head Office.
• Diverse Role Management: Source candidates for Teaching roles (PRT, TGT, PGT, Activity Teachers) and Non-Teaching/Administrative roles (Front Office, Accounts, Admin, IT, Support Staff).
• Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn), employee referrals, and consultant networks to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate communication skills, qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before scheduling interviews with department heads.
• Branch Coordination: Coordinate closely with school principals, branch heads, and management to understand ongoing vacancies and urgent staffing needs.
• Database Management: Maintain an updated and accurate tracker of all open positions, candidate pipelines, interview schedules, and feedback.
• Offer & Onboarding: Assist in the offer rollout process, verify references, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Graduate or Post Graduate degree specializing in Human Resources (BBA-HR, MBA-HR, or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, ideally within the education sector or a consultancy handling school recruitments.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and screening capabilities.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in using major job portals, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Availability: Must be ready to join immediately or within a very short notice period.
