Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing through channels like Naukri and LinkedIn, interview coordination, and offer rollouts while leveraging AI hiring tools.
HR Operations: Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance and leave management, HRMS administration, payroll inputs, employee grievances, and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Relevant hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist functions.
Proficiency in HRMS platforms and familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools.
Fluency in spoken Kannada is mandatory, along with good English communication skills.
Preferred backgrounds: Facility Management, Commercial Real Estate, Coworking, Hospitality, or Service-based industries.
