HR Recruiter

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our HR Department at SECON. The ideal candidates should have a good understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT & Non IT recruitment efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruitment process, from identifying manpower requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the selection process and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Manage interview schedules, selection updates, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
