Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified doctors, including MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BDS and BUMS professionals, for multiple locations across Maharashtra.
• Identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, WhatsApp groups, professional networks and references.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, qualifications, experience and location preferences.
• Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and assess their interest and availability.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team for interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and daily sourcing reports.
• Ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming vacancies.
• Follow up with candidates until the interview and joining stages.
• Coordinate for medical registration details and relevant qualification documents.
