Key Responsibilities
•       Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
•       Recruit engineering professionals for Oil & Gas, EPC, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, Civil, Structural, and Design Engineering roles.
•       Screen resumes and evaluate candidates against job descriptions.
•       Conduct initial HR discussions and assess technical experience, salary expectations, notice periods, and availability.
•       Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
•       Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily status reports.
•       Follow up with selected candidates until offer acceptance and joining.
Required Skills
•       2–3 years of hands-on experience in Non-IT Engineering Recruitment.
•       Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals, especially Naukri and LinkedIn.
•       Understanding of engineering profiles, technical skills, and industry requirements.
•       Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate-management skills.
•       Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
