Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Jaipur. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including drafting job postings, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves coordinating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The Recruiter will maintain accurate recruitment records, support employer branding initiatives, and help build a strong talent pipeline for diverse roles across the organization. The position also requires adherence to fair hiring practices and collaboration with HR on onboarding and workforce planning.
Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Ability to use applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networks for talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of fair, inclusive hiring practices and basic employment regulations.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology-driven companies is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing hiring needs.
