We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the recruitment process from application to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
